Lincs Rural Housing Association

Lincs Rural Housing Association is a not for profit charitable Housing Association covering Rural Areas in Lincolnshire. Formed in 1986, by a few public spirited people, for the benefit of the community. After more than thirty years Lincs Rural’s social purpose remains the same -of providing and managing affordable homes in rural Lincolnshire, at a fair rent on a non-profit making basis.

Commercial Safety Flooring and Vinyls

Our team started working with LRHA in September 2024 and have since fitted various properties throughout Lincolnshire - from local kitchens in the Spalding area, to wet/shower rooms all the way in Mablethorpe!

For the LRHA houses, we install sheet vinyl flooring or wet room barefoot and shod suitable safety flooring, in a range of colours and styles chosen by the property residents, we are so pleased to be involved in the transformation of these residents properties!
