Commercial Safety Flooring

The L&S Carpets and Flooring team work closely with DBrown Construction / Brown Builders on a variety of projects including safety flooring fitting throughout properties in South Kesteven

So far we have fitted various properties throughout South Kesteven and South Holland with safety flooring including LAS/Wet Room specific safety flooring. All the properties have been fitted with high spec, wet area suitable products that have been finished to a high standard including capped and coved in shower rooms, allowing for barefoot and shod use where necessary.

New Build Sites

Alongside our work in South Kesteven and South Holland properties, the L&S team have also undertaken the flooring installation for the new build site at Edwards Way, Manea.

On this site we fit LVT gluedown flooring and sheet vinyls in a variety of colours with a colour matching sealant for a high quality finish!

Alongside this we also fit luxury carpets varying in colour, fully prepped with quality underlay and gripper to enhance the feeling of each area we fit!

Entryways are fitted in a barrier rib matting designed to trap and hold dirt, moisture, and other particles to keep areas clean with excellent non-slip properties making it perfect for entrance points where wet, muddy shoes may be present!
